How often can you run tests?

As mortgage ASSESS is purchased on an annual licence basis, you can set up and administer as many tests as you wish. We particularly recommend that you use the system to run regular refresher tests, as existing users tell us that this is the most effective means of ensuring staff are kept up-to-date.

How many staff can use the system at once?

The technology delivering mortgage ASSESS is able to cope with many users at once. There is no internal limit to the number of users within the system at one time.

What about use outside office hours?

Any registered mortgage ASSESS user can log on using their own login id and password. They do not need to be at an office computer to use the system and their records will include all interactions with the system, wherever they accessed the system from.

How up-to-date are the materials?

All questions and learning materials are regularly reviewed to ensure they reflect the current regulatory and legislative position. New questions and learning materials are added quarterly with constant quality reviews throughout the year.

Can I integrate mortgage ASSESS into my existing Intranet system?

Yes, the CII, PFS and SMP can offer completely bespoke versions of mortgage ASSESS to be integrated into your existing Intranet system according to your requirements. Please contact the mortgage ASSESS team for additional information.

Does mortgage ASSESS replace the need for qualifications?

No, mortgage ASSESS is an adjunct not a replacement for the CII examinations. It provides a robust mechanism for demonstrating competence post-qualification.
